Avianca is another Star Alliance partner offering excellent reward availability. As with Austrian, Avianca only departs from a few US cities, namely Los Angeles, Miami and New York JFK. They codeshare with TACA so be careful as you may end up flying an A319 to South America.
Avianca is another airline that has the 787 Dreamliner. Currently they fly it from their hub in Bogota to LA and NY along with Madrid and other South American cities. They also fly an A330 on international routes.
Avianca Premium Class
Business class is the only Avianca premium offering. The seats are different on the two aircraft with the new 787 have the preferred arrangement. On the 787 seats appear to be the Zodiac France Cirrus variety which insures a comfortable ride. The A330 business class are standard recliner type seats. Both business class cabins offer AVOD displayed on a LCD screen with a large selection of movies, TV shows and games along with music.

B787: Business Class 28 seats configured in 1x2x1 aisle access arrangement with 222 economy seats.
